Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026.

UMARIX AI Photo Editor provides three free tools — Photo Cropper and Resizer, Image Color Correction, and AI Background Remover — for your own lawful use. The tools are provided as-is, without any guarantee of a particular result, speed or quality. AI background removal and colour correction can produce imperfect results, and their limitations are stated on each tool page.

Your responsibility

Use only images you have the right to edit. Do not use the tools to create misleading identity documents, to misrepresent a product, or to produce deceptive or non-consensual imagery. You are responsible for how you use and share downloaded results.

Limits

Supported formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 MB per file and 100 megapixels. Use is unlimited within those per-file limits, one file at a time. We may change the tools or these terms at any time; the version on this page is the current one.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UMARIX TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools or from reliance on an AI-edited result. Always keep your original file: no tool on this site overwrites it.
