Supported formats and limitations
- The cut-out depends on the same segmentation as the Background Remover: hair, fur, glass and fine edges may be imperfect, and small speckles can remain in plain backgrounds with the small model.
- This tool does not change the product itself. Do not use editing to hide a fault, change a colour, or make a product look different from what the buyer will receive — that misleads buyers and causes returns.
- Animation is not preserved: only the first frame of an animated WebP is processed.
- Marketplace size requirements change over time; check the shop you sell on before uploading, and pick the closest size here.
- Limits: 20 MB per file, 100 megapixels. Unlimited uses, one file at a time, within those per-file limits.

Why is the background white?
Most marketplaces display products best on a plain white background, and a white square avoids awkward cropping in search results.
Will this fix a bad product photo?
It can clean up the background and size, but it cannot add detail a small or blurry original never had. Start from the largest, sharpest original you have.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. All processing runs in your browser. No image leaves your device.
What is the size limit?
20 MB per file and 100 megapixels. There is no limit on the number of images you may process, one at a time, within those per-file limits.
